Reception New Starters 2026

Welcome to St Michael and All Angels CE VA Primary School!

We are delighted that you and your child are thinking of joining the St Michael and All Angels family in September 2026. On behalf of the staff, governors, children and parents, we would give you an extremely warn welcome in becoming part of our school community.

We look forward to meeting your child and I am sure they’ll quickly settle and flourish in our school. As a school we are committed to smooth and timely transitions that allow each child to settle in, get to know their teachers and make new friends.  7836 Step Outside 2023.jpg

We are continually thinking of ways we can prepare your child and give them the best possible start to school. We send out information and invite you into our school with your child for taster sessions. We also visit your child if they go to a nursery and carry out home visits. This ensures we know your child and their interests before they start school in September.

Starting school is a milestone for both you and your child. It is a time to be celebrated. We do everything we can to ensure it is positive experience for everyone.

At St. Michael and All Angels Primary School, we aim to build an excellent relationship between home and school.
